Firms with expired certificates of authorization will be required to pay all late fees that accrue during periods of non-renewal, unless the Board has been duly notified and has approved the reason(s) for non-renewal.

The Board is switching to use a 4 digit COA Number that will remain consistent each year. We have updated our internal records to reflect this. You must only enter the last 4 digits without the 2 digit year code. For example, if you were previously 25-1234, you are now 1234.
